Our product are constructed of ultra durable PE rattan woven on a powder coated alum frame, plywood with alum frame, teak wood with alum frame, or whole alum frame with waterproof cushion .they are strong, durable, weatherproof and easy for cleaning, perfect used for outdoor living.

Q1: Our MOQ for order
A: Our MOQ is 50pcs for each umbrella with each color at least.

Q2 Can you provide us with sample?
A: Yes, we can supply 1 piece sample for quality check and confirm. And it take 7-15 days to prepare the samples.

Q3: How long is the delivery time
A: It depends on order quantity. Normally delivery time is 25-35 days after order confirmed and All detail confirmed.

Q4: How can you guarantee your sales quality
A: We have first quality control for material arrived in warehouse including frame material and fabric. We have 2nd quality check after first umbrella assembled. Then quality control for in line production. At last, we have final quality control for all
finished product.

Q5: If printed customer logo are available in umbrella covers.
A: if Customer logo are available depends on order quantity, and we need to charge extra cost for the logo.
