A: We mostly use alum frame, thickness from 1.2-1.5mm depends on different product.2000-3000 hours UV protectedPErattan,
water-resistant outdoor use fabric (middle quality fabric, sunbrella fabric and so on).Use high quality teakwoodand plywood.

Q3: How long ls the warranty of your product?
A: 3 years under normal condition use.

Q4: what about the dellvery time?
A: Normally we need around 35 days for production time. Different quality can be negotiated when placing order.

Q5: What's MoQ for order?
A: we can accept 2-3 items mixed in one 40'HQ/40"GP container.

A: Yes, sample order is acceptable for us, and usually we need to charge for the samples.
